The system I use to run my own board prep, written out end to end. Nine stages, eight prompts you can paste, and the research behind every part of it.

I've got a board exam, a full clinical schedule, and somewhere between zero and ninety minutes on a given day. Every study guide I could find basically assumes you have a free afternoon, which I do not. So I built this thing, broke it a few times, wrote down what broke, and then handed the running of it to an AI so I could spend my hour answering questions instead of deciding what to do. Anyway, it's all in here, including the parts I got wrong first.
ShaunThis isn't a shortcut, and it's kind of the opposite. The arrangement only works because the AI does the planning and you do the retrieving, which is the difference the trials in it keep finding. Check your school or program's policy on AI before you use any of this, and don't upload question banks you don't have the rights to.

No. The free tier of most assistants will do the setup stages, and the guide says which parts need more. The one thing worth paying for is a question bank in your own field, and that has nothing to do with me.
No. The prompts are one appendix. The rest is the system they sit inside, why each part is there, and the research behind it. Prompts on their own are the thing that stops working in week two.
No. My examples come from my exam because that's what I'm studying for, but there's a full worked example on a college chemistry final and a section on finding your exam's map whether that's a syllabus, a candidate handbook, a competency list, or a stack of past papers.

When I change how I run this, I update the file and you get the new edition at no charge.
It's a study-workflow reference, not medical or academic advice, and it doesn't promise anything about how your exam goes. The techniques in it are well studied. The way I've arranged them into a week is mine, and the guide says so plainly.
