It's me sharing my life, not me treating you. Reading this site, watching my videos, or subscribing to Vitals does not create a doctor-patient relationship between us, and none of it is a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for seeing your own doctor. If something here makes you curious about your own health, take it to a clinician who can actually examine you. If it's an emergency, call 911.
