This is the real one, the application I certified and sent, and I was honestly super nervous about it. It matched me at my number one anyway. So read it, see how a regular application gets put together, and then go build yours. You've got this.

Shaun

Do not copy any of it into your own application. It's plagiarism under the ERAS integrity policy, and a finding goes to your dean and every program you applied to. Read it, take the structure, and write your own.

Questions

What format is it?

A PDF you can read on anything, plus .txt copies of every essay box. The download link shows up right after checkout.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Reply to your receipt email within 30 days and I'll refund the full price, no questions asked. You don't have to send anything back.

Can I share it?

It's for you. Please don't post it, forward it, or drop it in a group chat. It's one real document with my name on it, and I'd like it to stay that way.

Are the rules in it current?

Yes. When ERAS changes the rules, I update the file and you get the new edition at no charge.

Is this advice?

No. It's one real application from someone who applied once. It shows you how mine was built. It isn't a template, and it doesn't say anything about how yours will go.
